R. Anderson & Associates Inc., formerly Duncan Sabine Collyer Partners LLP, first opened its doors in the Alberni Valley in 1939. Former managing partner, Robert Duncan, joined Mr. George Dunbar and Mrs. Dot Sandison as partner in 1978. When Dunbar and Sandison retired in 1981, Mr. Donald Jones joined the firm as the audit partner. The practice is a long term Central Vancouver Island firm with the main office in Port Alberni and has a very well established and loyal client base as well as long serving employees. The firm services Central Vancouver Island from our main office in Port Alberni, as well as part-time offices in Parksville and Ucluelet.

R. Anderson & Associates Inc. cares about what we do and how it impacts our community and we believe very passionately in giving back to the area in which we live and work. The firm supports and does volunteer work with groups such as The Portal Players Dramatic Society, Citizens on Patrol, Pot Luck Ceramics, McLean Mill National Historic Site, Food Bank on the Edge, Alberni Valley Crime Stoppers Society, and Pacific Rim Whale Festival Society to name some of these important community organizations.
